I started on the practitioner side in planning, analysis, and business operations, then moved into enterprise software consulting — leading platform implementations and modernizations across industries. That background gives me an understanding of both how enterprise systems are configured and why businesses need them to work a certain way.
Today I focus on leading data modernization, owning product backlogs, bridging business and IT, and making sure what gets built actually meets business needs.
From the practitioner to the platform
Retail planning (pre-consulting)
Began as a regional planner in retail and spent about 10 years in roles covering location, assortment, allocation, financial planning, and business analysis.
Oracle Retail Consulting · 2010–2015
Solution Implementer and Subject Matter Expert focused on omni-channel MFP, MLP, and MUP implementations. Led solution design, managed cross-functional business-user teams, maintained design documentation, and drove projects from requirements through go-live. Led monthly internal town halls and mentored new hires.
JustEnough Software · 2016–2017

Logic Information Systems · 2017–2019
Supported managed services and led BI tracks that integrated omni-channel metrics into client reporting. Handled requirements gathering, report design documentation, QA testing, and managed a developer team. Worked on a customized Item Planning implementation, leading business users through design, testing, and go-live.
CGI · 2021–2024
Senior Consultant and Product Owner on two major initiatives:
- Implemented MCP (Merchandise Cash Planning) — a modernized platform migration with automated production calculations, simplified markdown planning, and ecom returns-to-stores planning.
- Owned the backlog for a multi-phase enterprise planning modernization that centralized hierarchy, reference, plan, and actuals data in a unified Data Hub.
Also owned rollout and performance reporting for a university-wide mobile commerce platform, driving adoption through analytics and stakeholder collaboration.
Infosys · Feb 2025–Present
Leads enterprise data platform initiatives for Oracle-based planning and reporting systems. Owns end-to-end data modernization delivery — including ETL design oversight, data validation, testing strategy, and production readiness — and serves as the main liaison between functional leadership and technical teams.
